ULTRAFAST AND HYPERSONIC DESIGN
ALFA
TITICI’s fastest racing bike, built with PAT10 tube technology and proprietary DAC system.
Advanced aerodynamics, maximum rigidity, and enhanced comfort: all in one ultrafast design.
The ALFA’s carbon monocoque frame uses the EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) system for top-tier build quality. Carbon sheets are layered around a smooth polystyrene core, eliminating air bubbles and structural flaws typical of bladder systems. TITICI engineers created a true one-piece monocoque frame, molded as a single unit — a major feat given its complex geometry and unique chainstay-to-PAT tube connection.
In the ALFA model, the PAT tube was redesigned to meet UCI thickness standards while preserving its performance. Tapering to 10 mm, it absorbs up to 18% more vibrations than standard frames without losing torsional rigidity. This reduces road buzz to the rider’s arms and back, enhancing comfort and stability, while maintaining stiffness for efficient power transfer and responsive performance.
TITICI engineers, drawing from advanced studies on aerodynamic efficiency, have developed a frame with optimized airflow characteristics. Each tube section in the ALFA model follows NACA profile standards to enhance aerodynamic coefficients.
The blind profile of the thru-axle attachment in the fork and the specialized housing in the rear thru-axle area are designed to conceal the electronic groupset and thru-axle cable while facilitating smooth air passage and minimizing turbulence.
